| "Real" Search Engines |
We submit
you to all the "friendly" or "top"
40+ search
engines. We use an automated program that
keeps your settings right on your web site, we also tweak your web
site so it will score high in the placements using keywords and meta
tags (covered below). We only submit to the automated engines and not to the
search engines that require a personal selection of a directory or
a placement fee (like yahoo.com). Sign me up |
| Internet
Directories |
There are currently over 1200
services claiming to be a search engine and / or an online directory
on the Internet and the numbers increase everyday.
Submitting to these will help you to score higher in the overall
indexes of the "real" major search engines mentioned above as you
get higher placement for having links in other places throughout the
internet. We use a hidden email address in the process so you
don't get email bombed by the 1200 services after the submission
with notices or spam. |
| Our Submission Service |
Should you decide to use our submission
services we will enter your completed web site into our automatic
submission process and it will be run every other month.
Since rules and search engines are constantly changing we will
keep a watchful eye on them, leaving you to do more productive
things, like grow your online business. Sign me up |
| Service Cost |
Sites designed and hosted by
XPhosting.Net will be provided this service free of charge.
Sites that are hosted on our servers will have the opportunity to
join-in for a small additional monthly fee (see pricing under hosting
plans). Sites hosting on other servers can sign up as a
special service. It is not available for parked
sites until they are activated.

| Results |
To see the results of more than two
years of our submission process, do a search in any major search
service for "TELEcomputers" or "TELEsites."
You will see that almost every returned item is a link to us in
some way. Even some of our client's web sites come up
in the returns. All the services have different indexes and
search engines, each one returns results differently, we suggest
you try a few of them to see the difference.

| Submission / Omission Rules |
We do not make these rules or have any
say over what is included or omitted from these third-party search
engines. Do not try to bend the rules. Their computers will simply
spider search your site and bump you submission out if it finds
one problem. It will not notify us if you were not accepted.

| Find Samples Yourself |
You can see samples by using the menu in
Internet Explorer. Search for a site in your browser similar to
yours using a few top keywords, click the link and browse to that
site. Select VIEW | SOURCE on the top menu. This will open a text
file which will show you the HTML source (programming) code for
the entire page. Look at the top of the page for a section
labeled <meta name = "keywords"> and <meta name
= "description"> here you will see the list of what
this search engine saw when it reviewed this site. We can
make your keywords any combination of these or other words.
Remember some of these people may have broken the rules and
while they may have scored high on the search engine you found
them on, they may not have been included on most of the
others. Rules are different for every search engine out
there. Our rules are based on the common denominators that
will allow you into "almost all" search engines at the
top of the list of the most popular of these list services.

Another way to increase visibility |
Another avenue used by many web site owners
to get higher placements is to create additional full web sites
using the same domain name but with different
extensions
at the end (.net, .org, etc.) and/or other domain names that are
similar to their main one. Create a
one-page basic web site on each of these using the same keywords and
descriptions set up as the main site.
Using a hidden redirection we can send the visiting traffic
to them back to your main site. You can register new domain names
and create these "basic" web sites (including submission services)
right online at our
order form. |
| Global or Local |
Depending on your business we will only
submit you to the local search engines or to the full global
engines. There is little need for a local dentist in
New York to have their web site listed in Australia or the
UK, unless perhaps they were selling a product via commerce
online. Sign me up |
| Guarantee |
Since these services are third party
companies we do not make any guarantees or promises about any
placement ranking. Sign me up |
| Site Title |
The Title of your site is usually the
name of the company or product that is the web site's focus.

| META TAGS |
These are hidden elements within the
HTML code that can be placed on every page. Our software can
take your list of keywords and site description and put them into
the correct section. There are also hundreds of other meta
tags besides these two, only a handful of which are important to
the submission process. We set these up as well. Sign me up |
| Keywords |
The keywords list is (provided by you) a
list of up to, but no more than, 1000 characters (NOT words)
including letters, spaces and comas. Each word or phrase
separated by a coma and single space (i.e.- tele, telephone,
phone, telecomputer, telecomputers, compute, computer, computers,
network specialists, system, systems specialist, telecom, etc.)
with every letter in lower case and NO capital letters or
symbols. If you repeat ANY one word, it will cause the
search engine "spider" computers to automatically toss
the submission out and your site will not be listed. Do not
leave out comas or spaces to save space as this will only cause
your submission to be omitted.

| Description paragraph |
The descriptive paragraph (provided by
you) can only be 200 characters (NOT words) including letters,
spaces and comas, written in a paragraph form using the normal
capitalization (NOT all caps) and punctuation. There is no need to
mention the name of the site or the domain name as these are
already entered in the Site Title or elsewhere and using them,
again here, would only be a waste of valuable space within the 200
characters limit. Do not leave out punctuation
or spaces to save space as this will only cause your submission to
be omitted.

| How do I count characters? |
Most all popular word processing
programs come with a "word count" tool. Highlight
the group of words you want to count. Look at the menu for
the program, find and select word count. You should see the
results with the exact number of characters including comas and
spaces. Do not leave out the comas or spaces to save space
as this will only cause your submission to be omitted.
